This course is designed to teach PowerHA SystemMirror for AIX Version 6.1(formerly known as HACMP)professionals the techniques used to implement a highly available virtualized environment.
This advanced course is intended for PowerHA SystemMirror system administrators and support personnel who are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of PowerHA SystemMirror clusters in a virtualized environment on Power Systems running AIX.
Students must have experience planning,implementing,and administering a PowerHA SystemMirror or HACMP cluster and basic knowledge of how to create a LPAR and VIO server.This prerequisite may be met by attending:
