Logistics and supply chain management is one of the worldÕs fastest-growing areas of business. Our postgraduate program focuses on management and operations and teaches specialist skills in applying the concepts, techniques and principles that lie at the heart of logistics and supply chain management.

You will study the relationships of business processes within and between organisations; learn how to use systems approaches to solve business problems; and develop the skills to manage the effects of current and future trends in supply chain management on business processes.

The Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies has exceptionally strong links with industry and is recognised by the Australian Government as a centre of excellence in research and education.

Logistics and supply chain management graduates are in high demand in private and public sectors throughout the world. Companies in every type of industry are seeking people at all levels with the vision and drive to deliver continuous improvement in their supply chains.

Examples of the rewarding career opportunities available within this diverse field include procurement manager, supply manager, supply chain director/manager, export manager, operations manager, procurement manager, shipping coordinator and freight manager.

The Business School offers two research degrees, the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and the Master of Philosophy (MPhil), which may be studied full-time or part-time. 为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants need to have one of the following: a bachelor’s degree with first or second-class honours from the University of Sydney or another approved institution; an equivalent qualification that demonstrates sufficient research experience and capability. English Language Requirements: TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing; IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band; TOEFL - PBT score: A minimum result of 592 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing.
