专业概况

The Master of Education in Learning Design and Technology program seeks students who want to start or advance careers in educational program design, online learning, corporate training, performance assessment, instructional design and evaluation, and the management of educational programs in a variety of settings.

The course of study equips students with the skills and knowledge required to significantly improve learning and performance outcomes within their organizations.

By the end of the program, students will be prepared to:

Design and implement learning experiences through face-to-face, technology-enabled, and/or blended learning formats

Select and evaluate media and technologies to support learning and motivation outcomes in diverse learning environments

Create a culminating product, such as a learning module or website, that demonstrates effective application of the program’s theories and concepts
