专业概况

The Bachelor of Science in Astronautical Engineering prepares students for engineering careers in the space sector of the aerospace industry; for research and development in industry and government centers and laboratories; and for graduate study. The program provides a core in the fundamentals of aerospace engineering; specialized work in astronautics and space technology; and technical electives to broaden and/or deepen the course work.

Astronautical Engineering encompasses the dynamic and cutting-edge fields of advanced science and space technology. Space engineers design, build and operate rockets and missiles, space launchers, communications and direct broadcasting satellites, space navigational systems, remote sensing and reconnaissance satellites, space vehicles for human spaceflight, and planetary probes.

There is no better academic major than Astronautical Engineering in which to obtain the education and to acquire the skills needed for space engineers.

English language requirement: A minimum score of 100 on the TOEFL iBT (with a minimum score of 20 in each section); OR A minimum IELTS score of 7; OR A minimum PTE score of 68.
