专业概况

在这里学什么？ Our BEng Mechanical Engineering Design degree covers a wide range of engineering practice. You’ll learn key skills and focus on computer-based engineering design.You’ll discover how to turn basic engineering principles into design possibilities. As well as find solutions for industry problems. You’ll take design ideas and turn them into computer models and create your own design solutions for your work portfolio. You’ll learn in state-of-the-art facilities with industry standard software including:CAD packagesstress and dynamics analysis packagescomputational fluid dynamicsengine simulation softwarespecialised vehicle-performance simulation software.We offer excellent work placements with our industry partners. And many graduates take jobs with their placement company. Our graduates work at top engineering companies, including:JaguarReaction EnginesBlatchford Products.Our course leads to professional recognition as an Incorporated Engineer (IEng).

为来自中国的学生设计 Qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels: Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate PLUS a recognition foundation course. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate plus Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination/National College Entrance Examination/NCEE). IELTS 6.0-7.0, with 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking. One year of university in China achieving at least 75% overall.
