This online MSc Quality Management degree from Robert Gordon University will enable you to undertake the course at your choice of pace and without taking a career break. You will explore this dynamic discipline through theoretical and practical learning and discover how quality management can be applied to the work environment and add value to an organisation.

You will learn to analyse risk at a strategic and operational level and identify suitable controls to eliminate, reduce or transfer such risks.

The course will provide you with a comprehensive underpinning on the areas required to manage quality in contemporary organisations, including Total Quality Management (TQM), Strategic Quality Management, Quality, Environmental and Sustainability Systems and Performance Management.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students need to have of the following qualifications: a four-year Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised "211" or "985" university with an overall average of 65% (4 point scale 64-67% = C- and 5 point scale 60-74% = C). 70% is required from all other recognised universities in China. Students who hold a three-year college Diploma from a recognised institution will need to successfully complete a pre-masters programme in China or the UK to be considered for entry. A small number of University postgraduate programmes do require a minimum of second class upper classification, or an equivalent. Applicants with lower qualification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis. Students need to have an IELTS overall of 6.5 includes 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening.
