专业概况

在这里学什么？ This course is for those wishing to apply for Advanced Entry directly into the third and final year of this course.Studying Business Information Technology is a great opportunity to gain a degree that is clearly focused on your long-term career prospects. It focuses on the application of IT to business problems, with an emphasis on the application of software to enable solutions. It has a web theme to the IT component to provide a coherent structure to the award and to link the different subjects so that you are able to synthesise concepts. It is distinctive from other awards in the amount of IT taught. The emphasis, particularly in the final year, is on the application of IT addressing business issues and integration of IT to business operation. This programme aims to produce graduates who are literate in Business Information Systems, who can understand business, who can understand the application of IT within a business setting and who can liaise between technical specialists and non-technical managers.
