Do you want to teach in Virginia's public elementary, middle, or high schools? Once you declare an education concentration in the music program you can apply for entrance to the Teacher Preparation program at Longwood. You're still music major, and you'll take all the courses of a music major, plus the requirements to get your teaching license.
